Meet the Committee

President: Victor Dasilva

Victor is an avid collector of Zundapp motorcyles and auxiliary cycles and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding Bermuda's motorcyling history. Victor was voted into the president's position on October 14, 2004.

Vice President & Activities Coordinator: Stephen Decosta

Stephen Decosta is a founding member of the Bermuda Classic Bike Club and wears two hats. As with most events we have, Stephen puts in a huge effort to ensure that every event that the club holds provides the best for its members. Stephen is considered to be a marquee of the Mobylette make of mopeds that were a large part of Bermuda’s motorcycling History.

Secretary & Treasurer: Zach Sagurs

Zach Sagurs is a founding member of the Bermuda Classic Bike Club and is considered to be a marquee of Bermuda’s motorcycling heritage. Zach also has two hats within the club as the secretary and editor of the “Classic Tales” and this web site, as well as managing the clubs funds.

Assistant Activities Coordinator: David Monkman

David Monkman is the assistant activities coordinator and one of our newest committee members (2003-2004). David plays a big part in all activities coordination along with Stephen Decosta in ensuring that all club events are the best that can be provided to its club members. In addition to being the activities coordinator David is a classic motorcycle enthusiast, particularly with the Mobylette make.
